Boston Bruins goalie Linus Ullmark was back on the ice Saturday, his MRI apparently showing “no damage,” according to The Athletic.
Ullmark, who took part in the morning skate in St. Louis, was helped off the ice on Tuesday after suffering an injury during overtime against the Arizona Coyotes.
Ullmark appeared to injure himself while stretching to make a save about halfway through overtime. He remained sprawled on the ice until training staff could attend to him.
Ullmark was eventually helped to the bench by his teammates and was replaced in the crease by Jeremy Swayman.
Nick Schmaltz would beat Swayman on the only shot he faced in overtime to lead Arizona to a 4-3 victory.
Coming off his Vezina Trophy campaign last season, Ullmark, 30, has put up respectable numbers for the Bruins this year, with a .915 save percentage and 2.75 goals against average as Boston sits atop the Eastern Conference and third in the league.
