Senators defenceman Chabot exits game after hit by Konecny

Ottawa Senators defenceman Thomas Chabot exited Saturday’s game against the Philadelphia Flyers after a hard hit from behind by Travis Konecny.

The hit occurred early in the third period. Chabot did not return to the game.

Konecny had a physical game, having a big tilt with Sens’ rookie Jacob Bernard-Docker.

The Senators beat the Flyers, 4-1.
