Utah Hockey Club sign Egor Sokolov to one-year, two-way contract

The Utah Hockey Club signed forward Egor Sokolov to a one-year, two-way contract worth $775,000, the team announced on Tuesday.

The six-foot-three, 24-year-old has spent his four-year professional career within the Ottawa Senators organization. Since being a second round pick in the 2020 NHL draft, Sokolov has suited up for 240 AHL games, totalling 180 points, while adding 13 games at NHL level where he scored a goal and an assist.
