What Blackhawks GM Kyle Davidson saw in Richardson that let him know he was the man for the job

After firing coach Jeremy Colliton back in November, GM Kyle Davidson of the Chicago Blackhawks has hired former Montreal Canadiens assistant coach Luke Richardson to be their man for the future.
