Blues’ Kyrou exits game vs. Senators with apparent lower-body injury

St. Louis Blues’ Jordan Kyrou was forced to exit the game against the Ottawa Senators after a collision with Hayden Hodgson early in the first period sent the team’s leading goal scorer to the ice with an apparent lower-body injury.
