Bowman on trading Skinner: ‘Just felt it was time for something different’

Oilers GM Stan Bowman addresses the Tristan Jarry acquisition for Stuart Skinner, said they’ve been tracking Jarry’s game for awhile now, and he just felt it was time for something for them at that position and for a fresh start for Skinner too.
