Daly says Stanley Cup will not travel to Russia or Belarus this summer

NHL deputy commissioner Bill Daly says that the Stanley Cup will not travel to Russia or Belarus this summer although they may owe a trip in the future. Daly also states that there will be no draft restrictions on Russian and Belarusian players.
