Hurricanes’ Hamilton on Lightning: ‘We lost to a team that’s $18M over the cap’

Hurricanes defenceman Dougie Hamilton says he thinks his club is right on the cusp of title contenders, says “we lost to a team that’s $18 million over the cap,” and says he’s not knocking the rules, but it would be nice to have that extra money.
