Shanahan says there’s an urgency to find a new GM, but doesn’t want it to be rushed

Maple Leafs president Brendan Shanahan says the biggest personnel decision that has to be made is finding the next GM, but that process won’t be rushed, but once that person is in position, a lot of the other dominos can fall.
