Will Flames’ Conroy make a splash at the draft or in free agency?

Flames GM Craig Conroy says if there’s a chance to make a splash at either the NHL Draft or in free agency, he’s all for it, and says they’re targeting a few UFAs they’d like to talk to, they have some money to spend and would love to get better.
