Wilson glad Panarin is doing better, but just wants to move on

Capitals’ Tom Wilson says he’s reached out to Artemi Panarin, and is glad he’s doing better, which is the most important thing, but says it’s not fair to go back and say he’d change anything, it’s a hockey scrum, heat of the moment type thing.
