Canadians celebrate after De Grasse wins Olympic gold in 200-metre final

Watch the highlights, as Canada’s Andre De Grasse breaks away from the field and captures his first Olympic gold medal, winning the 200m final.

After claiming the bronze in the men’s 100-metre final, Andre De Grasse can now add a gold medal to his resume.

With a personal best and Canadian record of 19.62 seconds, De Grasse won the men’s 200-metre final on Wednesday and sent Canada into a frenzy in doing so.
