Gymnast Simone Biles landed a Yurchenko double pike during U.S. Classic podium training on Friday.

The skill has not been done before by a female gymnast, and features a roundoff back-handspring into two straight-legged flips.

Back in April, the Olympic athlete confirmed that she was planning to debut the skill in competition prior to the Tokyo Olympics. She also tweeted a video back in February 2020 hinting that she was practicing the impressive skill.

The 24-year-old has a combined total of 30 Olympic and World Championship medals. She also has four skills named after her in the sport’s Code of Points, with the Yurchenko double pike possibly becoming the fifth "Biles" skill.
