Canadians Sharpe, Groenewoud qualify for ladies’ ski halfpipe final

Canadian freestyle skier Cassie Sharpe has qualified for the Olympic finals in ladies’ ski halfpipe with the top score. The Comox, B.C., native scored 93.4 on her second run to lock down the top qualifying spot. The top 12 riders advanced. Calgary’s Rosolin Groenewoud snuck in at 11th with a 73.2.
