MANCHESTER, England (AP) — Manchester City dropped more points in its flimsy title defense in the English Premier League when a stoppage-time penalty from Michael Olise earned Crystal Palace a 2-2 draw on Saturday.
City was 2-0 ahead through goals by Jack Grealish in the 24th minute and Rico Lewis in the 54th, only to draw at home for a third straight time in the league.
Palace reduced the deficit in the 76th when Jean-Philippe Mateta slid home a finish from close range and Olise converted from the spot in the fifth minute of stoppage time after Mateta was tripped by Phil Foden.
It is the fifth time in six league games that Pep Guardiola’s men have dropped points, having also drawn with Chelsea, Liverpool and Tottenham and lost to Aston Villa before last Sunday's 2-1 win at Luton.
City is in fourth place and three points behind first-placed Liverpool, whose game in hand is against Manchester United on Sunday. City heads to Saudi Arabia on Sunday for the Club World Cup.
Palace arrived at Etihad Stadium having lost six of its previous eight games.

NEWCASTLE, England (AP) — A first senior goal by 17-year-old midfielder Lewis Miley set Newcastle on its way to a 3-0 win over 10-man Fulham and a seventh successive victory in the English Premier League on Saturday.
Miley, thrust into the action as a first-half substitute after Fabian Schar and Joelinton joined Newcastle's lengthy injury list, fired the Magpies into a 57th-minute lead before Miguel Almiron and Dan Burn added more goals.
Fulham striker Raul Jimenez was sent off in the 22nd for jumping into Sean Longstaff and knocking the midfielder to the ground with his backside. The Mexico international was initially given a yellow card. It was upgraded to red after a video review.
Hurting after a Champions League exit on Wednesday, Newcastle ended a run of three straight defeats in all competitions and jumped to sixth place.
Newcastle struck the bar through Anthony Gordon and wasted more opportunities by the time academy graduate Miley drove a low shot across goalkeeper Bernd Leno and inside the far post after Guimaraes dribbled into the penalty area.
The second goal arrived within seven minutes when Gordon’s through ball evaded Wilson and defender Antonee Robinson and fell nicely for Almiron to slot into an empty net.
It was 3-0 with eight minutes remaining when Burn bundled home at the far post after Leno repelled his initial header.
CHELSEA 2, SHEFFIELD UNITED 0
LONDON (AP) — Cole Palmer and Nicolas Jackson scored as Chelsea beat last-placed Sheffield United 2-0 to snap their two-game skid in the English Premier League on Saturday.
Chelsea has struggled again this season despite expensive signings, but manager Mauricio Pochettino called for patience, which was tested in a sluggish first half at Stamford Bridge.
Palmer opened the scoring from close range in the 54th minute after Raheem Sterling made a quick burst and sent a low cross in front of goal.
Seven minutes later, Jackson doubled the lead with an easy tap in at the far post. Sterling was involved again. He tried to poke the ball past goalkeeper Wes Foderingham and it fell to Palmer, who passed it under a leaping Foderingham to Jackson by the goal-line.
Pochettino kept midfielder Enzo Fernandez out of the starting lineup, but the Argentina international came on as a substitute in the 69th.
Chelsea's second win in the last six league games bumped it up two spots to 10th.
Christopher Nkunku was an unused substitute for Chelsea. The France forward has returned from knee surgery.
Chelsea hosts Newcastle on Tuesday in a League Cup quarterfinal.
Sheffield faces a grind to get out of the relegation zone. The Blades have just two league wins and play at Aston Villa next Friday.
