Point is: Alex Bowman wins the almost 4 hour short track marathon when he crashed out leader Denny Hamlin with 7 laps to go triggering a flood of unpleasant comments from Hamlin.
Locked into the Final-4: for the NASCAR Cup championship November 7th at Phoenix: Kyle Larson, defending champ Chase Elliott, Denny Hamlin and Martin Truex Jr.
Next Race: Sunday November 7th: Season finale at Phoenix Arizona.

Formula One World Driving Championship:
Last Grand Prix: Sunday November 7th: The Mexican Grand Prix, Mexico City.
Last Grand Prix: Sunday October 24th: The United States Grand Prix, Circuit of The Americas ( COTA) Austin Texas: Red Bull gambled bringing pole sitter Max Verstappen in for tires just 10 laps in and it worked in the end! Max handed the lead to Lewis Hamilton twice after Lewis jumped into the lead off the start and got it back each time Lewis pitted. Hamilton fell short trying to chase down Max with 10 to go, and Verstappen takes his 8th GP win of the season, Hamilton setting for 2nd, Sergio Perez 3rd in the other Red Bull.
Canadians: Lance Stroll 13th, out of the points. Nick Latifi: 15th
F-1 Points: into Mexico November 7th: Verstappen doubles his lead on Hamilton to 12 in Drivers. Merc leads Red Bull by 23 in Constructors with 5 GP’s remaining.
Next Grand Prix: Sunday November 7th: Grand Prix of Mexico, Autodromo Hermanos Rodriquez Mexico City. 5 GP’s remain on the season.

Last Rally: October 17th: Rally Spain: Hyundai’s Thierry Neuville with a dominant win! Elfyn Evans, 24 seconds back finishing 2nd, means the title fight goes down to a final-round shootout with his Toyota teammate, Sebastien Ogier who leads Evans by 17 points into the Monza Italy closer.
