NASCAR's smallest track, just a half-mile! Kyle Larson secured his second win of the season. After passing Joey Logano with 30 laps to go, Larson quickly built a 3-second cushion and cruised to the win. Joey Logano finished 2nd at Martinsville, Martin Truex Jr. 3rd.

Last Race: Sunday April 16th: Long Beach, California:
Pole sitter, 24 year old Floridian Kyle Kirkwood, comes through for his first career IndyCar victory! He led well over half of the race, with his teammate Romain Grosjean finishing 2nd for Andretti Autosport 1-2. Marcus Ericsson 3rd. Canada’s Devlin DeFrancesco 16th, his best finish of the season! He crashed out of the first two races in St. Pete and Texas.
IndyCar Points into Barber Alabama: Ericsson leads Pato O’Ward by 15.

Formula One World Driving Championship:
Last Grand Prix: Sunday April 2nd: Australian Grand Prix, Melbourne:
Red Bull’s Max Verstappen survived the chaos, carnage and a record three red flags for his second win of the young season! After the second red, they lined up on the grid with Max P-1, but then all heck broke loose! Turn 1 of the restart was filled with wrecking, spinning and excursions into the gravel. The race was red flagged for a third time. Verstappen held on for the win, Lewis Hamilton 2nd in an improving Mercedes, Fernando Alonso 3rd for Aston Martin, Canada’s Lance Stroll 4th, his best finish in a long while.
F-1 Points into Azerbaijan: Verstappen leads ‘mate Sergio Perez by 15 in the Driver’s standings. Red Bull leads Aston Martin by 68 in the Constructors race.
Next Grand Prix: Sunday April 30th: Grand Prix of Azerbaijan. Last Year’s winner: Max Verstappen.

Canada’s Pfaff Motorsports, Pilet and Bachler, 3rd in the Plaid Porsche. Sellers & Snow won GTD in the Miller BMW. Canada’s Thomas Nepveu 12th behind winner Riley Dickinson in Porsche Carrera Cup at LB.

Last Rally: Feb. 3rd-4th, Rallye Perce Neige in Maniwaki, Quebec:
Frigid minus 34 temperatures on snow covered stages with big plow banks on the shoulders!
Winners: First national win for Quebec’s Alex Moreau and Ian Guite in their Subaru WRX STi, by 2 minutes over Jean-Sebastien Besner and Yvan Joyal in their Mitsubishi Lancer. Matt Leblanc and Eric Dube in their Honda Civic holding off Chris Greenhouse and Ryan Scott in their Dodge Neon, taking two-wheel drive by just one-tenth of a second!
