MILAN, Italy — AC Milan has completed the signing of Colombian defender Cristian Zapata from Villarreal on a permanent three-year deal on Thursday.
The 26-year-old Zapata was at Milan on loan last season, playing in 23 league matches and helping the team to secure third spot in Serie A.
