Toronto FC president Bill Manning revealed that the club will open its 2021 MLS season in Florida, but the exact city has yet to be confirmed.

Tampa, where the Toronto Raptors call home for the 2020-21 NBA season, is one of the options for TFC. Families may be allowed to relocate with the players as well.

The MLS season is set to begin on April 17, though the Canadian clubs still haven't received their schedules due to the ongoing border restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic.

TFC opened its training camp on Wednesday in preparation for the new season.
