Sedin dribbled through a few Jamaican defenders before shooting for a goal on a deflection early in the second half to tie the game at 1-1 at the Concacaf under-20 championship on Saturday in Puebla, Mexico.
Canada went on to notch a 2-2 tie, clinching first place in Group C by finishing with one win and two draws.
The result sets up a quarterfinal rematch between the two squads on Wednesday.
The four quarterfinal winners secure berths in the 2027 FIFA U-20 World Cup.

Sedin is the son of Vancouver Canucks legend Henrik Sedin.
