MUNICH, Germany — Bayern Munich winger Arjen Robben will be out for three to four weeks after injuring his right knee during the 0-0 draw with Juventus in the Champions League.

Although his knee ligaments have not been damaged, Robben will need surgery, coach Louis van Gaal said Thursday.

Robben, a Dutch international, moved to Bayern from Real Madrid in August. He hobbled off the field shortly before halftime in Wednesday’s game against Juventus in Munich.
