MILAN, Italy — AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani says he expects to announce Friday that David Beckham will be once again joining the Italian club on loan.
Earlier in the week, Milan said it expected the Los Angeles Galaxy midfielder to confirm that he will be signing for a second loan spell in January.
Beckham was with Milan on loan from January to May 2009, scoring twice in 18 appearances before returning to Major League Soccer.
The England midfielder Beckham is hoping to use the spell in Italy as a way of preparing for the 2010 World Cup, which would be his fourth.
