CPL Roundup: Bustos leads Valour to win over HFX Wanderers

HALIFAX — Marco Bustos scored twice as Valour FC downed HFX Wanderers FC 2-0 on Wednesday in Canadian Premier League action.

Bustos opened the scoring for Valour FC (3-4-3) in the 47th minute, then added an insurance goal only three minutes later.

The Wanderers (2-6-1) currently sit last in the CPL fall league standings.

CALGARY — Oliver Minatel drew his team even in the 34th minute as Cavalry FC (4-1-4) tied Pacific FC (3-4-2), who got a goal in the seventh minute from Terran Campbell.
