Ex-Whitecaps captain Waston understands fans’ frustrations

Former Vancouver Whitecaps defender Kendall Waston joined Sportsnet 650 to talk about his departure from the team.

He says he understands that some fans are upset about how he left, but he’s also excited for his opportunity with FC Cincinnati.

The former Whitecaps captain says he grew a lot as a person and a player during his time in Vancouver, and says there will come a time to tell the full story of why he left.
