LONDON — Brazil goalkeeper Julio Cesar is on the verge of finalizing a move from Inter Milan to Premier League side Queens Park Rangers after agreeing a four-year contract with the west London club.

The 32-year-old Cesar has 64 caps for Brazil. He spent the past seven years at Inter, where he won a Champions League and five Serie A titles.

He tells the QPR website Wednesday that "the English Premier League is the best division in the world. Everyone wants to play here and I am no different. Now, I just want to give my all to the club and show the fans what I am capable of."

The move is subject to the player securing a visa.
