Mario Balotelli is an enigmatic character with a flair for the dramatic, so leave it to him to come up with a unique goal celebration.
The goal itself was fantastic. Balotelli opened the scoring for Marseille in their 2-0 win over Saint-Etienne on Sunday with a beautiful overhead kick on 12 minutes.

Balotelli was then handed an iPhone and he proceeded to record a video for Instagram, which he then posted to his story right on the pitch.

The 28-year-old Italian international has every reason to celebrate these days. Balotelli has scored three goals in five games for Marseille since joining the club in January. As a result, OM has surged up to fourth place, just five points off the final Champions League berth in Ligue 1.
