BREMEN, Germany — Brazilian defender Naldo is leaving Werder Bremen for Bundesliga rival Wolfsburg.
Bremen says it would have liked to retain Naldo but could not match the offer from Wolfsburg. Naldo still had another season on his contract.
The clubs gave no details of the deal.
