SAINT-DENIS, France — Twice Portugal’s match-winner at the European Championship, Ricardo Quaresma is bringing a new hairstyle worthy of the final to face France on Sunday.

Quaresma revealed a new cut at training on Saturday — a peroxide feather design, standing out on the left side of his otherwise shaven head.

Portugal coach Fernando Santos laughed when asked about the crop at a news conference at Stade de France on Sataurday

"It’s amazing," Santos said. "I congratulated him on it when I saw it. It’s a work of art."

Quaresma has been a substitute for most of Euro 2016, yet was decisive in two knockout games.

The 32-year-old forward scored the extra-time goal to beat Croatia 1-0 in the round of 16, and then converted the final penalty in the shootout after a 1-1 draw against Poland in the quarterfinals.
