Midfielder Saul Niguez put pen to paper on a new nine-year contract with Atletico Madrid on Saturday.
Saul, 22, has played in 148 games in all competitions for Atletico since he made his competitive debut in 2012. The Spanish international is coming off an incredible UEFA EURO Under-21 championships, scoring a tournament-high five goals. Three of those strikes came against Italy in the semifinals.
