The Premier League logo is getting a makeover.
With the start of next season, the most popular soccer league on the planet will feature a redesigned lion.
By comparison, the current logo features the iconic lion with a soccer ball under its paw, something the Premiership will be removing for the 2016/17 campaign.

The Barclays Premier League will also move away from the title sponsorship and will be known simply as the Premier League.
This new identity brings a modern and international touch to the most recognizable league in the world.
