Roma legend Francesco Totti is an idol at the club and loves the team with all of his heart. So it’s understandable that the Rome derby against Lazio is one of the biggest events of the year for him.

Totti scored both of Roma’s goals in Sunday’s 2-2 draw against the Biancocelesti and celebrated one of them by taking a selfie in front of his fans.

Roma was down 2-0 in the first half to their fierce rivals, but Totti’s heroics allowed the Giallorossi to come away with a point.

A similar celebration occurred in MLS. Sporting Kansas City’s Dom Dwyer took a selfie after a goal against the Chicago Fire in July.

Totti, 38, has scored the second-highest amount of goals in Serie A’s history. He has 239 goals in 573 games, all of which have been with Roma. The forward needs 36 to pass Silvio Piola and become the all-time leading scorer.
