Canada’s Johnston says team is ready in case game vs. USA gets chippy and ‘CONCACAF-y’

Team Canada defender Alistair Johnston was asked about the rivalry between Canada and the United States and harkened back to the USA’s last game against Mexico, saying that if it turns out like that then he and his team are ready.
