Sportsnet kicks off its 18th year of broadcasting the English Premier League on Saturday, August 13 with action from the opening day of the 2016-17 season. (See broadcast schedule below).

Every Saturday, fans can join host James Sharman and former Premier League players-turned-analysts Craig Forrest and Danny Dichio for Premier League Matchday, featuring highlights, player interviews and analysis from all the day’s matches.

Throughout the 2016-17 season, Sportsnet will broadcast 190 Premier League matches across Sportsnet and Sportsnet World, and via online streaming with Sportsnet NOW and Sportsnet World NOW.

Also, fans can head to Sportsnet.ca for videos, highlights and news from around the League. Features include the Soccer Central podcast, hosted twice weekly by Sharman, blogs from John Molinaro and Sharman, a live game tracker on Saturdays, as well as video analysis from Sportsnet’s soccer commentators.
