LONDON — West Ham says that is has signed Brazilian forward Nene until the end of the season, subject to the Premier League club securing his international clearance.
The 33-year-old former Monaco and Paris Saint-Germain striker has spent the past two years at Qatari club Al-Gharafa. He started his career in Brazil and Spain. Nene told the club’s website that it was "a really good challenge for me, to come to a competition like the Premier League. It’s the most competitive in the world."
