Can I pick my own username? 
Due to the nature of the pilot and beta test we are conducting, we do not have this available. Once we progress to a public launch, this will become available.  

Can I create my own room? 
At this time, only Sportsnet on-air personalities can create a room. You are welcome to join the conversation in any room of your choice.   

Can I invite other people into the app? 
At this time, only Sportsnet can invite users into the app.   

Can I ask the speakers a question? 
At any time, you can ask to participate by clicking the “Request to speak” button. It is up to the moderators of the room to invite you up to the speaker list.  

What do the emojis mean? 
We have four emojis available to engage with the speakers without needing to speak. There is a whistle, thumbs up, happy face and a buzzer. You may use them to indicate your agreement with what you are hearing. 

Can I change my avatar? 
You may change your avatar to an image of your choosing. It is preferred to use your own image. 

Can I connect SoundOn to Bluetooth? 
Yes, you can connect your device to Bluetooth and your microphone and speaker will work accordingly.
