Milos Raonic earned his first career win against Rafael Nadal in the quarterfinals of the BNP Paribas Open on Friday. The Canadian will attempt to upset another top player in the semis.

Raonic and Federer have met before at Indian Wells back in 2012 in the round of 32. The Swiss defeated the Canadian in three sets and went on to win the tournament. He’s 8-1 overall versus the Thornhill, Ont. native.
