How Milos Raonic made history at Wimbledon

Milos Raonic becomes the first Canadian to reach the final of a men's singles grand slam event, beating Roger Federer 6-3, 6-7, 4-6, 7-5, 6-3.

Canada’s Milos Raonic has done it: He’s headed to the Wimbledon final.

In case you somehow missed it, the 25-year-old earned his third career victory over Swiss star Roger Federer on Friday in a five-set barn-burner to earn a berth in his first-ever Major final.

Raonic is the first Canadian man to reach a Grand Slam singles final. He also is the first person ever to beat Federer in the Wimbledon semifinal.

This is how he took down Federer, by the numbers, via Wimbeldeon’s Slamtracker.
