Canadian Filip Peliwo will play in his fourth consecutive junior Grand Slam final.
Peliwo defeated Japan’s Yoshihito Nishioka in straight sets — 6-4, 6-0 — in the semifinals of the U.S. Open junior boys’ singles tournament on Saturday.
The 18-year-old from Vancouver will now face Liam Broady of Great Britain in Sunday’s championship match.
Peliwo, who won the Wimbledon title in July, looks to finish his junior career with another trophy.
Won today 6-4 6-0 played quite well in the huge wind. One more GS final tomorrow, hoping to end my junior career with a title. #beastmode
