TGL is getting some additional star power.
Five-time major champion Brooks Koepka is joining Motor City Golf Club, the league announced on Wednesday.
He marks the first player selected through the expansion process for the new franchise ahead of its inaugural season.
Koepka, 36, rejoined the PGA Tour in January after spending over three years competing on LIV Golf. He was ineligible to play in TGL while with LIV Golf.
Koepka is from West Palm Beach, Fla., and TGL is played at SoFi Center, an indoor golf facility in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.
Motor City Golf Club was announced in May 2025 as TGL's first expansion franchise, bringing TGL's total to seven teams.
The upcoming 2027 season will mark TGL's third season.
