Jackson Koivun already has proven to be among the best at playing golf outdoors.
But can he do it indoors, too? We're about to find out.
The 21-year-old rising PGA Tour star is joining the simulator league TGL for its third season, the outfit announced on Monday.
Koivun will join forces with fellow TGL rookie Brooks Koepka on the expansion Motor City GC, which represents Detroit.
The Auburn University product burst onto the scene in his first PGA Tour season, winning the 3M Open in July in just his third professional start.
That success earned Koivun a spot on the U.S. Presidents Cup team, where he went 2-0-1 as the Americans earned a comeback victory.
The next TGL season is set to begin Dec. 27 back at the SoFi Dome in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. The first season of WTGL, meanwhile, starts Nov. 8.
