Virtual golf will once again become reality.
TGL, the simulator league featuring some of golf's biggest stars, announced Monday that its second season will begin Dec. 28 from the SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.
Live coverage throughout the season will be available in Canada on Sportsnet and Sportsnet+.
Opening night features a Finals rematch between the reigning champion Atlanta Drive and New York Golf Club.
The rosters for those teams will remain the same. Atlanta consists of Justin Thomas, Patrick Cantlay, Billy Horschel and Lucas Glover, while New York includes Xander Schauffele, Cameron Young, Matt Fitzpatrick and Rickie Fowler.
“This off-season we’ve been focused on elevating the fan experience and are eager to welcome fans and teams back to SoFi Center in December," founder and CEO Mike McCarley said in a statement.
The tech-infused league, which came to life with the backing of Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy's TMRW Sports venture, includes six total teams with The Bay Golf Club, Jupiter Links, Boston Common Golf Club and Los Angeles Golf Club also in the mix.
Motor City Golf Club, a Detroit team, is set to join in 2027.
