UFC 320 is bringing a loaded card to Las Vegas.
Three fights were announced Tuesday for the event taking place on Oct. 4 at T-Mobile Arena, including two title bouts.
The first will be a rematch between Magomed Ankalaev and Alex Pereira as the two square off for the light heavyweight title. Ankalaev won by unanimous decision at UFC 313 in an upset victory, taking Pereira's undisputed light heavyweight belt in March.
A rematch between Ankalaev (21-1-1 MMA, 12-1-1 UFC) and Pereira (12-3 MMA, 9-2 UFC) has been rumoured to be in the works ever since Ankalaev's stunning win.
Ankalaev hasn't lost a fight since going down by submission to Paul Craig in 2018.
In addition to the highly anticipated rematch, Merab Dvalishvili and Cory Sandhagen will fight for the bantamweight title as the co-main event in Las Vegas.
It will be Dvalishvili's (20-4 MMA, 13-2 UFC) third title defence since claiming the belt by unanimous decision against Sean O'Malley in September 2024.
He has since defended his title in a January fight against Umar Nurmagomedov at UFC 311 and a rematch against O'Malley in June at UFC 316.
It will be Sandhagen's (18-5 MMA, 11-4 UFC) first undisputed title fight. He previously fought for the interim belt at UFC 267 in October 2021, but lost to Petr Yan.
Sandhagen, the No. 4 ranked bantamweight contender, won his most recent bout by technical knockout, beating Deiveson Figueiredo in May after Figueiredo suffered a knee injury.
Outside the two title fights, the UFC also announced Tuesday that Jiri Prochazka and Khalil Rountree Jr. will face off in a light heavyweight bout at UFC 320.
It will be a three-round match, in which Prochazka (31-5-1 MMA, 5-2 UFC) will look to build on his technical knockout victory over Jamahal Hill at UFC 311 in January. A former light heavyweight champion, Prochazka lost his belt to Pereira in November 2023 and has gone 2-1 since.
Prochazka is the second-ranked light heavyweight contender, and Rountree checks in at No. 4.
Rountree (14-6 MMA, 10-6 UFC) beat Hill, as well, earlier this year, claiming a victory by unanimous decision in June.
