Chad Anheliger is going to get the chance to fight in his home province.
The UFC announced Monday that the Calgary native has been added to the upcoming Fight Night on Oct. 17 in Edmonton.
The Canadian will take on American Steven Koslow at Rogers Place.
Anheliger, 39, hasn't fought since Nov. 2, 2024, when he lost to Cody Gibson at the last event held in Edmonton.
He enters his fight against Koslow with a 13-8 overall record.
Anheliger's addition means nine Canadians will be on the card in Edmonton, which is headlined by Canada's Mike Malott taking on Joaquin Buckley in the main event.
This will be the fourth time Edmonton has hosted a UFC event.
The Edmonton event will also be the second Canadian card in 2026, following a Fight Night in Winnipeg in April.
