A pair of former UFC middleweight champions and rivals are set to compete against one another in a boxing match later this year.
Anderson Silva and Chris Weidman were added to the undercard of a Nov. 14 event, Most Valuable Promotions announced Thursday.
The card is scheduled to take place at the Kaseya Center in Miami and is headlined by Jake Paul vs. Gervonta Davis.
Silva and Weidman fought twice during their UFC careers, with Weidman winning both times.

In 2013, Weidman ended Silva’s seven-year winning streak when he knocked out the Brazilian legend at UFC 162. Silva infamously sustained a gruesome leg injury in their rematch later that year.
Both fighters have since retired from mixed martial arts.
Silva, 50, has had three boxing matches since leaving MMA. He defeated former world champion Julio César Chávez Jr., and knocked out fellow former UFC champion Tito Ortiz, both in 2021, before losing a decision to Jake Paul in 2022.
“I am super excited to embark on another battle against Chris,” Silva stated in an official press release.
Weidman, 42, last fought in the UFC in December when he was stopped by Eryk Anders. This will be Weidman’s professional boxing debut.
