A fight on the preliminary card of this Saturday's UFC Fight Night in Las Vegas looks to be in jeopardy.
Ismael Bonfim came in 7.5 pounds overweight for his lightweight bout against Francisco Prado during Friday's weigh-ins.
According to the UFC, Bonfim will give up 25 per cent of his purse to Prado for the infraction.
Two other fighters missed weight for Saturday's card, as well.
Ketlen Souza missed in her women's strawweight fight with Loopy Godinez, as part of the main card, and Brendson Ribeiro was unable to reach the light heavyweight limit in his preliminary card match with Felipe Franco.
Both Souza and Ribeiro will be forced to give up 20 per cent of their purses to their respective opponents as a penalty for not making weight.
UFC Fight Night goes Saturday with the prelims beginning at 6 p.m. ET / 3 p.m. PT and the main card starting at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT on Sportsnet+.
