A featherweight bout between Jack Shore and Youssef Zalal has been added to the upcoming UFC Fight Night card set to take place in Edmonton.
The organization officially announced the three-round, 145-pound matchup on Thursday.
Shore, 29 from Wales, has lost two of his past three after beginning his pro career 16-0. His most recent outing at UFC 301 in May was stopped early by the cageside physician due to a deep laceration Shore sustained on one of his shins due to a kick.
Zalal, 28 from Morrocco, has earned back-to-back submission victories since returning to the UFC earlier this year following an initial 3-3-1 stint with the organization from 2020 to 2022. He has won five in a row overall, all by finish.
Former flyweight champion Brandon Moreno faces rising contender Amir Albazi in the main event and former two-time strawweight champ Rose Namajunas looks to keep rolling in the women's flyweight division against Erin Blanchfield in the co-main event.
The card takes place Nov. 2 from Rogers Place in the Alberta capital. In addition to Shore vs. Zalal, below are the other matchups currently scheduled for UFC Edmonton.
