A welterweight matchup between Sean Brady and Joaquin Buckley is set to headline a spring UFC Fight Night event.
The UFC announced the 170-pound matchup will headline an April 25 card at the Meta Apex in Las Vegas.
Both fighters are coming off losses in their most recent outings.
Brady, 33, had been closing in on a title shot before he was knocked out by Michael Morales at UFC 322 in November. Prior to that he had gone 18-1 and was coming off a submission win over former welterweight champion Leon Edwards.
Buckley, 31, had won six in a row after dropping down to welterweight from middleweight and had stopped Colby Covington and Stephen “Wonderboy” Thompson in back-to-back bouts before he was out-wrestled by former longtime champion Kamaru Usman and lost a five-round decision in June.
No other matchups have been officially added to the card.
