The UFC will hold a Fight Night event in Azerbaijan for the second consecutive year.
The organization announced Tuesday it will return on June 27 with a card in Baku.
No bouts have been added to the lineup at this point, however fight announcements can be expected in the coming weeks.
Last year, the UFC held its first event in the country at Baku Crystal Hall last summer as part of a multi-year partnership.
That first event was headlined by one-time light-heavyweight titleholder Jamahal Hill losing a five-round decision to Khalil Rountree Jr.
The UFC has three fighters on its roster who wave the Azerbaijan flag.
The most notable representative is No. 11-ranked lightweight contender Rafael Fiziev who defeated Ignacio Bahamondes in the co-main event of 2025’s Baku card.
Nazim Sadykhov picked up a double performance bonus for his wild knockout win over Nikolas Motta that earned Fight of the Night to the delight of the home crowd.
Fellow lightweight Tofiq Musayev of Sahil, Azerbaijan was also on the first Baku card but he was submitted by Myktybek Orolbai in a catchweight matchup.
It's unclear if any of Fiziev, Sadykhov or Musayev will be included on the June 27 card, but presumably all three will be considerations.
