Sunday's game between Canada and Panama entered a second rain delay with two out in the top of the ninth inning.
With Panama leading 4-3, the skies opened up after Canadian reliever Matt Wilkinson struck out Jose Ramos.
The game was delayed by an hour due to rain earlier in the night.
Canada fell behind in the sixth inning after a pair of errors helped Panama score three runs in the frame.
Wilkinson is set to face Edmundo Sosa when play returns.
Canada will send Edouard Julien, Josh Naylor and Tyler O'Neill to the plate in the bottom of the ninth.
