Tuesday's World Baseball Classic game between Canada and Puerto Rico will start on a slight delay.
The matchup's first pitch has been delayed until approximately 7:50 p.m. ET as a result of rain. The game was originally set to begin at 7 p.m. ET.
Tuesday's contest is the penultimate game for Canada in pool play, and a win against both Puerto Rico and Cuba on Wednesday will guarantee top spot in Pool A and a trip to the quarterfinals.
Canada is currently 1-1 in round-robin action at WBC, with their lone loss coming against Panama on Sunday.
